How much does Salesforce Sales Cloud cost in the US?

In the US, on annual commitments, Sales Cloud runs from $25.00 per user, per month for Starter Suite through Pro Suite at $100.00, Enterprise at $175.00 and Unlimited at $350.00 to Agentforce 1 Sales at $550.00; a free tier covers up to two users. Through Stackingo, an authorised Salesforce reseller, Starter Suite is an effective $16.25 and Enterprise $113.75 - up to 35% off, and never less than 10%.

Which edition should I choose?

Choose by the add-ons you plan to buy, not the feature comparison. Enterprise at $175.00 per user, per month is the eligibility floor for Sales Engagement, Revenue Intelligence, Sales Programs, Revenue Cloud and the Agentforce add-ons, so a cheaper edition can quietly block your roadmap. Enterprise plus two or three add-ons often lands close to Unlimited at $350.00, which includes Sales Engagement and conversation intelligence outright.

Is Sales Cloud the same as Agentforce Sales?

Yes - Agentforce Sales is the current name for Sales Cloud, reflecting the AI agents now embedded across the editions. The edition ladder and published per-user pricing are unchanged, so read a quote under either name against the same $25.00 to $550.00 per user, per month figures. Question any proposal that prices the two names as separate products.

What does Sales Cloud cost beyond the licence?

More than most first budgets assume. Implementation, data migration, integration and administration commonly match or exceed first-year licence cost, and per-user add-ons stack quickly. A ten-person team on Enterprise is roughly $21,000.00 a year in licences alone; a realistic first-year total including implementation and training runs several times that. Price the whole programme, then negotiate the negotiable part - the licences.

Do I need Salesforce CRM before I can buy Salesforce Sales Cloud?

No - Sales Cloud is the CRM itself, the foundation, not an add-on. Analytics, engagement, performance management and revenue products all require a Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or CRM licence underneath, and most need at least Enterprise at $175.00 per user, per month. Stackingo scopes the edition and every add-on together, discounted up to 35%, minimum 10%.

Is there a free trial or a perpetual licence?

No perpetual licence exists, and editions require an annual contract. Salesforce offers a 30-day free trial across Agentforce Sales editions and a free tier for up to two users, so you can evaluate before signing. As the commitment is annual and renews, the licence line is the negotiable part of your Salesforce spend - where an authorised reseller changes your number.

How much can I save on Salesforce Sales Cloud with Stackingo?

Stackingo offers up to 35% off list, with a 10% minimum guaranteed. On 200 Enterprise users, list is $420,000.00 per year and the effective Stackingo cost is $273,000.00 - a $147,000.00 annual reduction. The discount applies at every renewal, not as a first-term incentive, so the saving compounds - and with Salesforce having raised Enterprise and Unlimited pricing by around 6% in August 2025, it also insulates you from part of the next increase.
