AD360 bundles six independently licensed ManageEngine modules into one console. Organisations that already own ADManager Plus or ADAudit Plus standalone will face licence overlap unless those subscriptions are consolidated at renewal — a transition that requires explicit SKU renegotiation, not an automatic upgrade.

Compliance reporting is pre-built but scope-limited
Out-of-the-box HIPAA, SOX, and GDPR report templates cover AD-specific controls only. Organisations needing cross-system compliance evidence (endpoints, cloud applications, HRMS) must supplement AD360 with a SIEM or separate GRC platform — ADAudit Plus does not ingest non-AD log sources natively.
