Servicely Pricing - $48.89 per named user per month

Updated: 1 day ago

Servicely Pricing is worth $20.96 per named user every month — that is the distance between Servicely's list position and Stackingo's. The Named ITSM Licence lists at $69.85 per named user per month; through Stackingo, an authorised Servicely reseller, the identical licence is quoted at $48.89. The discount runs up to 30% off list, with a 10% minimum guaranteed, on genuine Servicely licensing, across the GCC, UK & Ireland, Europe, Oceania and the US.

The short version of Servicely Pricing

No public price page exists. Type servicely.ai/pricing into a browser and a 404 comes back; the site navigation carries no price link either, only a comparative claim that the platform costs 30–50% less than the incumbent it replaces. The number on this page therefore comes from somewhere firmer — a document Servicely wrote on its own letterhead and lodged with the UK Government's G-Cloud 14 framework in May 2024. That document sets the Named ITSM Licence at £55.00 per named user per month. Converted at 1.27 it is $69.85 at list, and $48.89 through Stackingo. Every figure sits on a three-year term, paid annually at the beginning of each year.

What the named user gets

Named ITSM Licence

$69.85

$48.89 (up to 30% off · 10% min)

The full IT service management application set — incident, request, problem and change management on the Servicely CMDB. The entry paid licence of the two Servicely sells.

Named Enterprise Licence

$82.55

$57.78 (up to 30% off · 10% min)

Every application in the Servicely portfolio, service management and non-IT alike, with the vendor's own wording: no add-ons, no hidden licensing extras.

Two lines. That is the entire price list, and it is worth pausing on how unusual that is in a category built on tiers. The same G-Cloud entry publishes a headline band of £38.00 to £65.00 a user a month — the volume-discounted floor of the ITSM licence up to the undiscounted ceiling of the Enterprise licence, roughly $48.26 to $82.55 in US terms. Measured against the $69.85 anchor, the Stackingo position hands back $20.96 per named user every month. A forty-strong fulfilment team therefore keeps $838.40 a month; a hundred-user Enterprise deployment keeps $2,477.00 a month against Servicely list.

How is a Servicely subscription billed?

Most platforms in this category bill for things — tickets closed, devices discovered, connectors installed, automation runs consumed. Servicely bills for people, and only for the people who actually do the work. Every agent, fulfiller, administrator and developer working inside the platform consumes one named licence. Employees and customers raising requests through the portal consume nothing. Managers who do nothing but approve consume nothing either; Servicely states plainly that portal end users and approvers are free and unlimited. The practical effect is that a Servicely subscription tracks the size of your service team rather than the size of your organisation.

Term is the second departure from category habit. Twelve months is the market norm; Servicely asks for three years, paid annually at the beginning of each year. That cuts both ways. You surrender the annual opportunity to re-shop the deal, and in return you lock the rate for the whole term rather than absorbing a renewal uplift in years two and three. Servicely does supply a fully functional proof-of-concept environment beforehand, so the three-year signature lands on a tenant you have already pushed real tickets through rather than on a scripted demo.

What do Servicely licenses cover?

The mistake buyers make here is assuming a module list exists somewhere they have not been shown yet. It does not. Servicely licenses come in exactly two shapes, with nothing in between: the Named ITSM Licence, entitling a named user to the IT service management applications, and the Named Enterprise Licence, entitling the same named user to every application Servicely builds. The vendor's own pricing document is unusually blunt about it — no per-module SKUs, no capability add-ons, no separately metered connectors. Choosing between those two licences is the entire commercial decision.

Correcting that assumption changes how you scope. Integrations and orchestrations are free and unlimited. Every configuration item and asset in the CMDB is free and unlimited. The levers that normally inflate an ITSM bill — endpoint counts, connector packs, additional automation runs — carry no meter at all. What you are genuinely sizing is how many people need to work inside the tool, and how many of those also need the non-IT applications. Stackingo scopes that split, manages named-user allocation as people join and leave, and keeps the discounted rate attached to seats added mid-term.

How the Servicely plans differ

The sequence is short, which is rather the point. You count the people who will work in the platform. For each of them you decide whether the IT applications suffice or whether they also need HR, facilities or customer work. That answer picks one of two licences. Volume and term then determine where inside the published band your rate settles, and Stackingo negotiates that placement. No feature ladder appears at any stage, because the Servicely plans are banded by volume rather than gated by capability. Here is what the two licences and the band actually contain:

  • Named ITSM Licence — $69.85 list / $48.89 with Stackingo, per named user per month. Entitles the named user to the Enterprise IT Service Management applications: incidents, service requests, problems, changes and the CMDB underneath them. The entry paid licence, and what most IT-only deployments buy.

  • Named Enterprise Licence — $82.55 list / $57.78 with Stackingo, per named user per month. Entitles the named user to every application in the portfolio, so customer service, HR case management, asset management and the wider enterprise service desk all land on a single line.

  • Volume banding instead of feature tiers — a published band of £38.00 to £65.00 a user a month. The ITSM floor sits near $48.26 in US terms and the Enterprise ceiling at $82.55. Where you land is a function of user count and term — precisely the negotiation Stackingo runs on your behalf.

  • Everything carrying no charge — portal end users, approvers, integrations, orchestrations, CIs and assets. None of these consume a licence at any volume, which is why a Servicely quote reads shorter and holds steadier than the equivalent from a per-asset or per-connector rival.

With a single step on the ladder, the upgrade decision is genuinely binary and the arithmetic settles it fast. At list, moving one named user from ITSM to Enterprise costs $12.70 more per month; through Stackingo the same step costs $8.89. Where more than a handful of your fulfillers already touch HR, facilities or customer work alongside IT, Enterprise usually wins outright. Stackingo models both shapes against your real user list before a three-year term is signed, because on a three-year commitment the wrong licence mix is a mistake you live with for a while.

Why buy from a Servicely reseller?

An authorised reseller, stripped of marketing language, is a company the vendor has licensed to sell its product and given a commercial position to sell it from. The product does not change hands differently and it does not behave differently afterwards. Stackingo is an authorised Servicely reseller on exactly that footing, supplying genuine Servicely licenses with the same tenant, the same application set, the same support entitlement and the same upgrade path you would get direct. What differs is the commercial line, the currency on your invoice, and who does the work of keeping that line honest.

Where a vendor publishes nothing, the case for a reseller is stronger than usual. With no public number to anchor against, a buyer going direct is negotiating in the dark. Stackingo benchmarks your quote against the documented £38 to £65 band and against what comparable service teams are actually paying, then holds a position of up to 30% off list, with a 10% minimum guaranteed. On a three-year term rather than an annual one, getting that first number right is worth three times what it would otherwise be.

What does a Servicely distributor handle?

It handles everything between the licence and your service desk that is not the software itself. Stackingo acts as your Servicely distributor across the GCC, UK & Ireland, Europe, Oceania and the US, taking on licence allocation, named-user changes, local-currency invoicing and renewal tracking under a single agreement. The justification is geographic. For an Australian-built platform deployed by a business with service teams in Dubai, London and Chicago, consolidation removes the reconciliation work of running several contracts, in several currencies, against one tenant.

The remainder is administrative load a service owner would otherwise carry personally: provisioning named users as the team changes shape, reclaiming licences at the anniversary billing point instead of paying for people who left in March, keeping the ITSM and Enterprise split accurate as new departments adopt the platform, and flagging the moment a growing non-IT user population makes the Enterprise licence the cheaper answer. None of that is glamorous work. All of it is what stops an agreed rate from drifting.

What does being a Servicely partner actually mean?

Put a hundred named users on the Enterprise licence and the partner position becomes measurable. List is $82.55 per named user per month; through Stackingo it is $57.78. The per-head difference is $24.77, and a hundred of those is $2,477.00 every month. Now hold that figure against a three-year term paid annually, and what a Servicely partner is for stops being rhetorical: the discount is a structured programme position that survives the entire commitment, not a one-off markdown that evaporates when the term rolls over.

The partnership also keeps the wider service management estate on one paper trail. Servicely ITAM, Servicely CSM, Servicely ESM and Servicely HRSD all sit under the same Named Enterprise Licence and the same partner agreement. Extending an IT-only deployment into HR or customer service therefore becomes a scoping conversation rather than a fresh procurement exercise — no second contract, no second renewal date, no renegotiating a discount you already hold. That is most of the practical value of buying through one partner instead of several.

Where can you buy Servicely?

Take a forty-strong fulfilment team on the ITSM licence. Servicely's list position is $69.85 per named user per month; Stackingo's is $48.89. The gap per head is $20.96, and forty of those is $838.40 returned every month. You buy Servicely through Stackingo, an authorised Servicely reseller, and that arithmetic is exactly what the quote puts in front of you — Servicely's list position, the Stackingo price and the saving on one line, so the discount can be audited rather than taken on trust.

The process is deliberately short. Tell Stackingo how many named users you need and whether they sit on the ITSM licence or the full Enterprise licence, confirm the mix, and genuine Servicely licenses are provisioned on your tenant with managed onboarding. Because Servicely offers a working proof-of-concept environment, most buyers run a pilot first and then convert it into the licensed tenant. On a three-year commitment that matters: the term gets signed against measured usage rather than an estimate made before anyone had logged in.

How much does Servicely cost outside the US?

The underlying price line is denominated in pounds sterling, for the plain reason that the only public price document is a UK framework submission. The table below restates the Named ITSM Licence in each currency Stackingo quotes in, so a defensible number can go into a budget paper before anyone asks for a formal quote. Rates are indicative; they are fixed at the point your quote is issued, not at the moment you read this page.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a Servicely named user cost in the United States?

In US terms the Named ITSM Licence lists at $69.85 per named user per month, converted from the £55.00 line in Servicely's own G-Cloud 14 pricing document. Through Stackingo, an authorised Servicely reseller, the same licence is $48.89 per named user per month — up to 30% off list, with a 10% minimum guaranteed.

Are Servicely's prices published on its own website?

No. The servicely.ai pricing page returns a 404 and the site navigation carries no price link. The only public price line is the pricing document Servicely submitted to the UK Government's G-Cloud 14 framework in May 2024, which lists the Named ITSM Licence at £55.00 and the Named Enterprise Licence at £65.00 per named user per month.

Does the number of managed devices affect the price?

No — pricing is per named user, per month. Servicely charges only for the people who work inside the platform. Portal end users and approvers are free and unlimited, and every configuration item and asset in the CMDB is free and unlimited, so device counts never enter the calculation.

What separates the ITSM licence from the Enterprise licence?

The Named ITSM Licence covers the IT service management applications at $69.85 list, or $48.89 through Stackingo. The Named Enterprise Licence covers every Servicely application at $82.55 list, or $57.78 through Stackingo. At list the gap is $12.70 per user per month; through Stackingo it is $8.89.

How long is a Servicely contract?

Three years, paid annually at the beginning of each year. That term is stated in Servicely's own pricing document, which means the rate agreed at signature is the rate paid for the full term rather than one exposed to an annual renewal uplift.

How much does the Stackingo discount come to?

Up to 30% off list, with a minimum of 10%, as an authorised Servicely reseller. That is $20.96 per named user per month on the ITSM licence and $24.77 on the Enterprise licence — $838.40 a month for a forty-user IT team, and $2,477.00 a month for a hundred-user enterprise deployment.

Is Stackingo an authorised Servicely reseller?

Yes. Stackingo holds an authorised Servicely reseller agreement, issuing genuine Servicely licenses with managed provisioning, renewals and regional support across the GCC, UK & Ireland, Europe, Oceania and the US — at up to 30% below list price.
