Enterprise Grid is a one-way door
Once upgraded to Enterprise Grid, architectural downgrade is permanently blocked. Confirm org-level governance needs before committing — the lock-in is contractual, not just structural.

Slack AI is tier-bundled, not add-on
AI features — summaries, recaps, search answers — are included in Business+ and Enterprise+, not sold separately. Orgs that don't need AI cannot unbundle it from upper tiers; this inflates per-seat cost for feature-light deployments.
